Prinya Tieanworn is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of VMPC. Since establishing the company in 2003, he has grown VMPC from a single development into a vertically integrated property group spanning residential, commercial, and hospitality real estate across Bangkok, Chonburi, and Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor.
Under his leadership, VMPC brought the international Oakwood serviced-residence brand to the Eastern Seaboard — partnering with Oakwood Asia Pacific to develop Oakwood Hotel & Residence Sri Racha, a 44-storey, 458-key landmark that stands as the tallest building in Sri Racha — alongside Oakwood Hotel & Residence Bangkok in Sathorn.
His approach pairs long-term ownership with a clear standard of design and hospitality: VMPC develops, owns, and operates much of its portfolio, from the Astera residential series and Sathorn Gallery Residences to Atara Mall. That discipline — building to endure rather than to sell — continues to define the group's work today.
